The People Who Keep Living

It's been six months since the start of the full-scale war. Chad, the mayor of Lviv at night, decides to organize his first charity rave. The main goal is to 'forget and dance.' But the war brings new challenges. Due to curfews and systematic Russian shelling, the organizers are forced to find new ways to host raves. The night mayor of Lviv experiments: parties become daytime events, and their venues shift from streets to bunkers, abandoned deep stations, old factories, and shelters. At the same time, the gastronomic industry explodes. Daria opened Lviv's smallest bakery during the war. The third hero of the story is Bogdan. At the core of his business is traditional farming. You can come to Bogdan's farm, far up in the mountains, to escape civilization and noise. Ukrainians didn't allow themselves to rest, to have weekends, to go to the mountains, or to relax. Bogdan, Daria, and Chad continue to believe in their work, inspire creativity, and help Ukrainians to momentarily escape the harsh reality of war.
